Internship Opportunity for CBS Students

After the success of our first intern from the CBS IST program, we already have one more lined up for autumn 2025 (shipping operations). However, we are open to taking yet another intern on board – but only if you have a very special profile that combines structure, data, and sales.

Your Responsibilities

The internship is divided into two parts:

Data Management & Market Insights (approx. 50%)
You will work with our unique market insight service, CM Navigator, and your tasks will include:

• Updating, optimizing, migrating, and validating data
• Preparing market recaps for both internal and external use
• Providing customer support
• Conducting user and customer analytics

This requires a detail-oriented mindset and an interest in working with data-heavy tasks.

Business Development & Sales
The other half of the internship focuses on business development, where you will:

• Work systematically with lead generation
• Reach out to leads via cold calling and digital channels

We are looking for a hybrid profile – someone who enjoys working with data and structure, while also thriving in an outgoing role with a proactive, call-center-like mentality.
