Copenhagen Merchants Group has constantly grown since established in 1977, and the intentions for the future are the same. This is where you come into the picture.
With you on board as an Office Manager, your colleagues in Dubai and outside will have more focused and efficient time dedicated to developing the business and its projects.
Since your tasks are determined by the company’s development, it is by nature difficult to predict them specifically. But the overall areas of responsibilities are:
- The Office in Dubai is your ship and you are the captain. You make sure it runs seamlessly, is equipped with supplies and is a pleasant place to be.
- You help the Dubai team but also other CM teams organizing events, managing guestlists and booking venues.
- You help the finance team with cost reporting's and there is a possibility to move deeper into the finance area: AP, AR, etc.
- You help our HR team with recruitments, organizing necessary paperwork for expats, take care of insurance packages, etc.
The tangibles and intangibles
Professionally, there are many ways into this position. We imagine though, that you have worked some years with administration and maybe even as an office manager. We expect that you are proficient verbally as well as written in English. You are a profound user of Microsoft Office and have a good computer hygiene in general.
You are a structured person who keeps his/her kitchen tidy at all times. You are attentive, caring and word-keeping. And we know, that to thrive with us, you must be hard-working, self-motivated, and like being hands-on.
But the one thing that trumps everything, is the chemistry between you and our team!
